	In essence a colleague of mine, Otto Schmidt, designed a simplistic set of rules that I liked but, in the spirit of being a game designer, couldn't stop myself from tweaking. After introducing my local gaming club to the origional and then modified version, we've managed to come to a play tested rule set we think is worth sharing.</description>
